We’ve got BIG news — AIRE, Outcast Sporting Gear, and AIRE Environmental are now 100% Employee-Owned!
As of last week, we became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company. That means every single employee now has a stake in our success. From the production floor to shipping and every department in between.
Over the years, we’ve had offers to sell, but many would have moved production overseas and changed the heart of our business. Becoming an ESOP protects our culture, keeps jobs right here in the U.S., and ensures we keep building the high-quality products you know and love.
From the outside, things will look the same, and our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service remains STRONGER THAN EVER. The biggest change? We’re all in this together, as OWNERS!
