Beautiful classic canoe purchased new from Fernald’s in 2018. It’s been used for many great weekend trips over the years and has always been a dependable, easy paddling canoe for both rivers and lakes.
At around 50 lbs, it’s easy to portage and tracks very well in the water, even loaded with camping gear. Features cherry ribs, mahogany gunwales, and ash seats/thwarts that really give it a classic look.
Hull is in great shape with no punctures ever. Keel has a few repaired scrapes from normal use. Interior ribs could use a little cosmetic attention, and a few older fiberglass repairs have discolored with age. Seats and thwarts are still in great condition.
Also includes two brand new Merrimack ash seat backs for free.
